Measurement of Stem

This setting is very important because it has to do with the quality of breathing during exercise, thus offering comfort and avoid injury in the middle. Ideal location does not exist and the appropriate point for each rider varies depending on the geometry of the bike, the proportions of the cyclist's body, physical abilities, and of course the type of riding you choose.
A rule used for this setting is the following : when the cyclist is on the bike to its normal position then looking center of the front wheel . If the center does not appear there because the wheel then this position is correct. But if the center is ahead of the steering wheel as seen from the rider 's position then need greater neck while otherwise need less . Also elbows should be 65 ° - 70 ° angle when your hands grip the wheel.
